Yes! We want to welcome you to our venue and the wedding week on Monday night with a castle tour, wine tasting, and buffet dinner experience. Tuesday is the main event. And on Wednesday, if you're available, we'd love to share one final toast with you with a barbecue dinner and some wine. Please RSVP for each event in the RSVP tab on this site.

Please RSVP by November 1st, as we need to communicate our final guest list and details to our venue.

Taxi service outside of Florence is unreliable. Please utilize the shuttle services available to you through your B&B directly. If you would rather we arrange it for you, please let us know at least six weeks before the wedding.

We will provide a shuttle and a shuttle schedule upon your arrival. The shuttle is scheduled for both The Welcome Party and the Wedding.

Shuttle service -There is no reliable taxi service to and from the venue. We can arrange for shuttle service to transport you to the venue on Monday and off the property on Thursday. Please let us know, by March 1st, if you are going to rent a car or if we can arrange transportation for you.

Let us know your arrival day in Florence. If you're flying in Monday, send us your flight details so we can arrange pickup, unless you're planning to spend the day in Florence first. Breakfast will be provided each day, lunch will be provided on the day of the wedding, and there will be a brunch the day after the wedding. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages, including alcohol, just no outside wine. Only wine from the vineyard is allowed on the property. Think of this more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Also let us know if you'll need a ride to Florence on Thursday after breakfast, or to the airport. If you have a Thursday flight, share the departure time so we can arrange the shuttle.

Yes, the dress code for the ceremony and reception is Formal. Please note - high heel shoes are not recommended with the terrain and cobblestone steps.

There is a small supermarket close to Castello del Trebbio and a large supermarket 20-25 minutes away. There are no shops within walking distance, so it essential that a supermarket trip is made at the beginning of your stay to ensure you have everything you need, unless you have a car to come and go as you please.

Yes! Free & ample parking is available if you wish to have a rental car. A car is encouraged if you would like to travel offsite during your stay.
